Product Description
This motorized attic lift provides a platform for transporting items between your living space and an attic or basement. The lift has a maximum load capacity of 400 lbs per trip and operates using push-button remote controls.
Two platform sizes are available. The Standard model measures 20-3/4 x 44 inches, while the Max model measures 28-3/4 x 56 inches.
The lift includes two remotes, a birch plywood platform, and hardware for attaching your own personalized sealing cover. Ceiling trim is not included.
